Your Path to Homeownership Starts Here

Learn the step-by-step process to purchasing your first home with Arizona Realtist Group! Join this class for a comprehensive First-Time Homebuyer Workshop designed to help you understand the homebuying process and prepare for successful homeownership.

This educational workshop provides practical guidance from trusted housing professionals who will walk you through each stage of the homebuying, preparing financially and understanding mortgage options to working with real estate professionals and successfully closing on a home. Participants gain a clear understanding of the home buying process, financial requirements, and the resources needed to move confidently toward homeownership.

HUD-Certified Housing Counselors from A.R.C. will be available for individualized 1:1 sessions with attendees after the workshop. These sessions will help participants assess their readiness, create a personalized action plan, address barriers to homeownership, and connect with available resources and assistance programs.
